Superb location close to Colombo Fort train station.
My experience at C 1 Colombo Fort Hotel was incredibly frustrating. First, I arrived late and had to wait about 45 minutes for my room to be ready, only to find that the air conditioning in the lounge and kitchen areas was non-existent. The noise from the common areas echoed throughout the hotel, and despite the staff's attentiveness, they seemed to overlook basic issues that affected comfort and relaxation.
